Is my Will a "Pour-Over" Will?

A "Pour-over Will" is one that leaves your otherwise probatable assets to your Trust.
But rarely will you see the words "Pour" or "Over" in the title of your Pour-Over Will. Instead, there is typically a clause that reads something like this:
"I give my entire estate . . . to the Trustee of the Smith Family Trust created by me as Settlor and as Trustee earlier on the same day as this Will is signed."
Some practitioners call this a "pour-over" clause, because anything that's not in your Trust when you die is "poured over" into your Trust at that time. And since the document contains a "pour-over" clause, some call the entire document a "Pour-over Will."
